Regional Varieties of Kimchi

Being the capital and the cultural center of Korea from the Chosen Dynasty, traditional Seoul Kimchi also reflects the food served in the palace. Unique varieties include Chili-leaf Ggagduki, Cucumber Sobagi and Soy Sauce Kimchi. Today the city has attracted people throughout Korea and they brought in many kinds of Kimchi along with them.
