Tokyo is a big chaos which cities with various expressions become one, reproducing desires, and being reborn everyday. As the Meiji government successed bloodless open of Edo castle in 1868, Edo was named "Tokyo" as the meaning of the eastern Kyoto. Since then, Tokyo with its name has become the economical, governmental, and cultural center. After the war, even though it had deadly air raids during the war, Tokyo was brought to life like a fenix, but because on that process the strong leadership did not exist on city plan, being clearly different from the modern city which orderly develop under a plan like Paris, it headed for repeating cell divisions itself and planning self reproduction. It is the fact that caused the big problems on maintenance of roads and parks, house supply, and sewage plants. BUt it is sure that the increase characteristic of Tokyo itself like an organism is the big attraction of city called Tokyo. So, Tokyo as the most post-modern city attract world's attention.
