Well my personal opinion is that things like the US Senate and US House probably aren't relevant for most people outside the US most of the time. That is not saying that you might not want to increase the TTL from time to time for certain debates.

The World Radio Network is useful but the quality is so bad at the moment from where I am sitting that it is not worth listening to. We need to get this duplicate generation problem sorted out.

I have listened to the National Press Club stuff from time to time and some of it is interesting.
