If implemented, does it mean Carl> that we are transit provider for, for example, all WIDE-CUSTOMERS Carl> and AS-IIJ? No, if I understand this db staff correctly. That part is not specified here. This only express AS4690's policy that AS4690 will announce routes learned from Japanese ISPs, which AS4690 is peering with in Japan, to AS6204 in order to provide them access to Central Park servers via Internet Rail Road. To prevent from providing them transit, AS6204, AS6205, and AS3920 should not announce those routes to other ASs, for example AS3561 and AS701. This policy should be expressed by other aut-num objects which I don't have rights to register. This is a little bit complicated because Internet Railroad is actually a confederation of AS6204, AS6205, AS3920, and AS4690 (and getting more members in Europe and in Asia, right?). Well,,,sorry for my poor explanation. I believe Marten is an expert of this because he is one of the authors of RIPE-181 document :-) Please correct me if I am wrong. See you!
