Thank you Carl, link is not stable yet, we and KDD cabling staff are try to be stable. Problem is based on DS3 Coax cable in KDD side. Maybe, length of Coax cable is too long. But I guess, we can use IP level. That means IP is great protocol for not stable datalink !?!!

Domestic T3 connectivities: KEIO SFC NTT NOC (at tokyo side) WIDE NSPIXP(NSP IX point provided by WIDE project) Harajuku Lafore(One of pabulic access Point like a fashion mall) Ginza Sony Plaza(One of pabulic access Point) Above location was connected with T3.

There are many T2 level connectivities. I will report to this mailing list util tomorrow night!
