I am very sad to find out that you will discontinue the SEC company reports. As a small investor who just recently discovered your service I was able to use it a couple of times. I found the information more valuable than that generally available to those with limited resources, such as myself.
I certinly hope someone "sally's up to the plate" to fill the void you are leaving. I will try to send a message to those officials mentioned to encourage the Govt. to moderize their reporting and access methods via the NET.
