Skewered Meat, Kimchi, and Scallion



The unique dish goes well with anyone's taste. You can try many kinds of varieties, using various vegetables and meats.



Materials(makes for four) and Precooking


1/2 head cabbage kimchi
200g (0.4 pounds) beef
100g (0.2 pounds) scallion
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs
a small amount of sugar, roasted sesame seeds, sesame seed oil, cooking oil
@ sauce
2 spoons soy sauce
1 spoon sugar
2 teaspoons each minced scallion and roasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon each minced garlic and sesame seed oil
a small amount of pepper
cabbage kimchi clean the leaves of stuffing. Squeeze to drain liquid, and cut into 5cm (2 inches) slices.
beef make several slits and cut into 7cm (3 inches) slices.
scallion clean and cut into 5cm (2 inches) pieces.
egg add salt and beat well.
  1. Some of the materials and most of the wares actually needed are not included in the materials list, assuming they are readily available in any home.
  2. Metric values are approximated into pounds and inches, as they are not absolutes.

Cooking
  1. Put beef in the sauce and let sit for a while. Apply sugar, roasted sesame seeds and sesame seed oil to kimch and let sit for a while.
  2. Skewer the beef, kimchi and scallion cuts together.
  3. Roll the skewer in flour and then in egg. Apply oil in a pan. Roast it when the pan is heated.
  4. Serve in a plate.
