The Hartel Barrier
The Hartel Barrier forms part of the Europort Barrier which, together with the New Waterway Storm Surge Barrier and a limited dyke-stengthening program along the lower reaches of the rivers Rhine and Meuse completes the Delta Project for the province of South-Holland.
