NTT MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK INC.		Prompted by government action on March 30, 1990, NTT makes studies that result in the separation of its mobile communications business effective July 1, 1992. Business operations heretofore conducted from the Mobile Communications Division, including car telephones, portable telephones, marine telephone service, in-flight public telephones service, and wireless paging service are now transferred to the NTT Mobile Communications Network Co., Ltd. The new company goes on to establish itself as a group based around the core company plus individual regional companies for local operations.
