CU-SeeMe is a video conferencing program wich we are using during the TimeShow.
We are connected to the NIKEF reflector at IP adress 192.16.192.121 or we are broadcasting on the Finland reflector at IP adress 193.166.120.3 Here's the link to the CuSeeme page of Whitepines, this is a commercial version with color and all, check it out and learn all about this great internet videophone. You can download a demo version from there. You can also try and do an internet search for an older (not enhanced version) that is for free.
