BEWARE
TO THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF OREGON AND SPECIALLY THOSE WHO LIVE IN DOUGLAS COUNTY.
We need your help, to inform the rest of my fellow American people all over this wonderful country, I'm fighting for my life, my Rights to freedom, a way of life under the constitution. Our freedom and our rights are at stake here in Douglas County and a way of life in which our forefathers who fought by spilling their precious blood and giving up their lives for their beliefs and freedom, freedom from the government tyranny, freedom to; own land, to build, to raise their families, to live out their lives in peace. Do you know that if a government agency violates your rights of privacy, the judicial system classifies this act as civil and therefore you can't use or have the Constitution for your protection, even though the Constitution is and was for our protection from government and also did you know that the government can do a illegal act, then use the court to get a legal paper called discovery, to further their original illegal act and then use it all in court against you, at least this is what is happening to me right now.
If this is a spear head or model for other government agencies to follow, then we as a people will be very much affected.
Your Constitutional rights on privacy, property rights, are being and have been taken away. On June 17, 1994, a Regulation Specialist "Building and Planning Department" came on my property without warrant or invitation; never having been given permission to come on the property, but the Regulation Specialist disregarded our rights, and a 4' by 8' sign which reads "NO TRESPASSING AND PRIVATE ROAD" in large letters, as he turned off Hoover Hill RD onto McNabb CK RD, but when he came to my property he went through three gates, three sets of signs in which they all states "No Trespassing to all Federal, State, County, City Agents", a complaint was filed with Douglas County Sheriff's Office on June 21, 1994, Officer Jeffrey Aalberg stated to me that HE would handle this as criminal trespassing, but as I should have known the District Attorney's Office said that they were not going to file charges. WHY? THINK ABOUT IT! That gives the county immunity against prosecution, what does that mean to you and me? A Regulation Specialist would be given so much power, authorizing him a free hand to go where he wants and to disregard people's rights, that is more than the Sheriff, FBI or any other Federal Government Agents, but what happens when they jump on the band wagon so they would be allowed to go and do as they want? What right do they have "In the taking of private roads, drive way" for their use when they are in such poor shape and it is our sweat and labor, expense of rock and filling wholes and wheel tracks where they sunk in to stop washing the of drive out as they have done to me.
In the investigative report Regulation Specialist stated to Deputy Bartley that he has gone to a number of places with gates posted "No Trespassing," he also states that he traveled down the road and found Daniels drive, which had a posted gate, similar to the one that he had just came through".
If no one says "no" to the Government then they think it is Ok and they will continue on doing it and then make laws to justify it even if it is wrong. The building and planning department, the assessor's office says they can do and go where ever they want, because it is their job without a warrant or permission to come onto anyone's property, (ORS 215.080) and go on a fishing trips, that is what is going on in this county and the State of Oregon.
BEWARE ! Everyone out there better take a closer look at their State and surroundings, have they started in your area in a very small way, give it time and the opportunely without molestation so it can get well rooted, then see what happens! My Constitutional Rights (at least six articles) have been violated, a State Representative and a State Senator, County officials, District Attorney's Office, County Commissioners, and they all will not really sit down and talk about the problem besides they have stated that what was done and is being done, is not a problem and I should not be concerned. Would you? In this State or Oregon has made a law in which has taken away our rights under the Article four under the United States Constitution and also Douglas County in the State of Oregon has also made a ordinance in which directly violates the Constitution in which gives the county permision to come on ones property without warrant, permision, just cause, any time they want, I know, it has happen to me! I have been in court for over a year and a half so far. I don't know if this a test to see if they can get away with it, if this is a spear head or model for other government agencies to follow, then we as a people will be very much affected. I don't know if other states are trying or have done the same also, but I was wondering if you could help me by trying informing people of what is going on around and about them, maybe you could give me some names and addresses of others who might like to get involved, I need your help! PLEASE! I do know that there are people out there who would like to change the Constitution, and on the other hand what about are our for fathers who died for it?
