Hello! I am a graduate student at Tohoku University in Japan.Now I am writing my master's thesis.I decided to take up EDGAR in my master's thesis.Thanks to your internet service,I could gather many materials about EDGAR. But I haven't gathered enough materials to write my thesis yet.And I have many things I don't know about EDGAR. So I want you to send necessary materials to write my thesis and answer some question. Necessary materials and question are follows; 1.background of EDGAR 2.about designer 3.process EDGAR is introduced by full scale from the idea 4.the purpose of EDGAR - things EDGAR is aiming - 5.about current structure of EDGAR - information dissemination process from company to user - the content of information which is gathered from company to SEC - the content of information which is disseminated to users

Q. 1.Is the data which is disseminated to users by EDGAR different from the data which is disseminated to users by paper for now? 2.In the future,is EDGAR aiming to widen the content of information submitted? 3.In Japan,there are some scholars who are expecting EDGAR disseminates "the raw data" of companies in the future. What do you think of this idea?
