This project has been a team effort from the start. In fact, a volunteer team effort. We're trying to get this done to put a human face on the Internet (and on Sun), but we're doing it in our spare time. If you would rather work with another member of the team, I for one would be happy to accomodate you.

Phil -
I'm really offended by the way you've handled this Santa project. The letter you sent out all over the Valley gives full credit to this project to your little corporate group and relegates us to the role of subcontractor. When the hell did you hire us? Seems to me that we're the ones stuck with doing the work!
I thought we had a very clear understanding that IMS was running this project and that you would at the very least keep me in the loop as to your actions. You've been remarkably inept so far and this is going to have to change or we're not going to do the project.
I'd like a conference call with Kathy and George. Either you get some professional help on this project or we're not going to let you participate. I'm not going to have Eric and I both get up and put our reputations on the line for this project with the way you've been handling it so far.
