Carl,
It looks like we are about 40% there in preparing to deliver your service during the next 6 weeks. Note the message below indicating that the domestic US service is Ready For Use. Don Kwak et.al at MCI deserve A special recognition and thanks for this.
This afternoon we will have an MCI internal call to discuss issues relative to the collocation at WTN. I am communicating directly with both your assigned contacts at MFS and Bay networks on details.
One item I am still waiting for clarification from you on is the status of the DL 3100 terminating the DS3 in Tokyo. I know you have been communicating with KDD directly on this. Will World's Fair be supplying and maintaining this piece of equipment?

The DS3 between DMI and WTN (H-BVC810) passed 72-hr ddn certification testing and completed on 11/30/95.
