To everyone worrying that it's gonna take a bunch of money and planning to
get Internet-Edgar into permanent mode: look at Carl's letter to Chairman
Levitt (http://www.town.hall.org/govt/tuttle/levitt.html).  In there he
reports the success of the project and estimates the total cost per year of
providing Internet access EDGAR at $175,000.  That is peanuts, especially
for something as important as this database.  The software exists, the need
is demonstarted, and it is one of those rare things that Washington can do
that will meet with 100% bipartisan support.
