Beansprout kimchi is a liquid kimchi which tastes cool. One of the charms comes from the
fact that takes less than half an hour for the whole kimchi to get done.
Some of the materials and most of the wares actually needed are not included in the
materials list, assuming they are readily available in any home.
Metric values are approximated into pounds and inches, as they are not absolutes.
Cooking
Boil beansprouts in water. Use a generous amount of water. Take out and let drain when
cooked.
Sauce; Add more water to the light soup and flavor with salt. Let cool.
Add ground red chili, scallion, garlic and ginger juice to the boiled beansprouts and mix
gently. Pour the sauce to the mixture and the kimchi is ready to serve.
