The Grand Challenge
The Grand Challenge is a unique part the canoe pavilion. Our goal is to populate maps of the lakes and waterways of Canada with images, video clips, audio clips, stories and antedotes of where people have visited by canoe. A natural subset of the Grand Challenge is 1996 A Year of Canoeing , which will record where people have been by canoe in 1996. Send in your photographs and trip reports and help meet The Grand Challenge. We are currently working on a hierarchical map navigation system. Until it is ready we will use a system of menus.
