Comments: Fr om Brochures: Line drawings and schematic diagrams in MIKO's product brochures show outlines of standing and wheelchair users, to indicate that dimensions of these kiosks are wheelchair accessible (see example below). However, nowhere in their broc hure do they claim to be 'ADA accessible'. From Conversation: We telephoned the company, and interestingly they said that they could not claim ADA compliance in their brochure because their kiosks were not accessible (yet) to people who had visu al impairments. They did feel though that these kiosks were wheelchair accessible.
