Kimchi Hot Sandwich



Kimchi goes well with tuna sandwich. Good for making lunch, or snacks for kids.



Materials(makes for four) and Precooking


300g (0.7 pounds) Chinese Cabbage Kimchi
1 can tuna
1/2 bulb onion
8 sheets sliced bread
2 spoons mayonnaise
a small amount of butter
kimchi clean the leaves of stuffing. Squeeze to drain liquid, otherwise the toast will become soggy. Mince.
tuna drain oil and mince.
onion clean and slice into thin strips. Wilt slightly in salted water and squeeze well to drain.
  1. Some of the materials and most of the wares actually needed are not included in the materials list, assuming they are readily available in any home.
  2. Metric values are approximated into pounds and inches, as they are not absolutes.

Cooking
  1. Apply oil to a pan and roast kimchi. Let cool when done.
  2. Mix roasted kimchi with tuna, onion slices and mayonnaise.
  3. Spread butter to a side of a slice of bread. Spread the mixture on top of it and cover with another piece of bread.
  4. Apply butter to a pan and roast the sandwich a little, pressing lightly. Cut into suitable size and serve.
