Ggagduki and Soybean Paste Broth





Materials(makes for four) and Precooking


100g (0.2 pounds) Ggagduki
100g pork
1 sheath scallion
2 bulbs garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger juice
1 spoon soybean paste
1/2 spoons chili paste
1 spoon each salt and pepper
a small amount of soy sauce, wine
Ggagduki drain the liquid part.
pork mince and mix with ginger juice, wine, salt and pepper and let sit for a while.
garlic clean and mince.
scallion clean and cut in slanted angles into short (1/4 inch) pieces.
  1. Some of the materials and most of the wares actually needed are not included in the materials list, assuming they are readily available in any home.
  2. Metric values are approximated into pounds and inches, as they are not absolutes.

Cooking
  1. Roast pork in a saucepan. When almost cooked, add Ggagduki and continue roasting.
  2. Pour water in the pan and add soysauce and chili paste. Boil on medium fire until it starts to boil. Reduce fire and leave it there until the radish turns soft.
  3. Add scallion, garlic and salt and serve.
