  Sam Son beach is 16 km east of Thanh Hoa town. The beach prolongs from Lach Hoi to Truong Le mountain foot. Sam Son beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of the North. The sea water here is clean and warm. The sandy beach is smooth. Truong Le mountain is also an attractive sight. On the mountain there is Doc Cuoc Temple, Hon Trong (cock-shaped) and Hon Mai (hen-shaped) big stones.
