The Ministry of Energy is the governmental Organization with the function of State management in two economic and technical sectors : the power and the coal ones in the whole country.

The management scope of the Ministry of Energy consists of exploration and planning, investment preparation, investment, investigation and design, construction, production, distribution, trading in electricity and coal, export and import specialized materials.
