- Commercial services, foreign Economic services. (concerning importation of non-capital Goods)

In circular No.6/TM-XNK dated May 16th 1994, point A/III/2 of the second section stipulates that : the License Bureau grant licenses for enterprises to import non capital Goods only upon having confirmation in writing of the Banks on present amou nt of foreign currencies from the source of Export revenue is sufficient to pay for import. having examined the actual situation, with a design to release inconvenience and difficulties for enterprises, Ministry of Trade hereby adj usts the above said stipulation as follows:
All enterprises can be granted by the License Bureau the license to import non capital Goods, should the following conditions be met:
1- Having the Export, Import license to do business of the said branch of goods.
2- Having confirmation in writing of the Banks (at which enterprises open accounts), that their present amount of foreign currencies is sufficient to pay for imports and/or the enterprises are guarantee by the banks on their ability paym ent to the lot of imports at maturity.

This circular shall come into force from August 15th 1994.

The license bureaus are responsible to state in writing this circular in time to enterprises which are under their management to know and implement.
