DECISION ON SELLING PRICE Of ELECTRIC POWER HEAD Of GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE fOR PRICE Of GOODS

Pursuant to the Decision No.137/HDBT dated April 27, 1992 of the Council of Ministers (now is Government) regarding the prices management.

Pursuant to the Prime Ministers decision in the Notification No.3976/KTTH dated July 21, 1994 of the Government office regarding the completion of electric power price system.

After exchanged and agreed with the Ministry of Energy.

DECIDES

Article 1 :

Hereby regulate the identical selling price of electric power in the whole country for all objects that use electric power as in the annex accompanied by this Decision.

Article 2 :

Levels of electric power price as regulated in article 1 are the selling price at the power meter of electric power users that signed the electric power purchasing contract directly with electric power organization.

Article 3 :

This Decision comes into force from August 1, 1994. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision shall be abrogated.

Article 4 :

On the basis of this Decision and Inter ministerial circular (guidance on implementation of electric power selling price No.01 TT/LB dated July 26, 1994 of the Government Committee for Price of Goods, Ministry of Energy, the services of fi nance and price of goods, committees for price of goods of provinces and cities shall combine with the services of power to inform timely the new selling price of electric power to the electric power users, to organize the inspection of imp lementation to ensure the correct price and to collect money from the right objects as regulated in this Decision.
