NOTIfiCATION ON ABOLISHING THE GRANTING Of
EXPORT LICENSE fOR EACH BATCH Of GOODS
- - Pursuant to Article 22, chapter V of the Decree No 33/CP dated 19 April 1994 of the Government on State management toward export and import activities.
- - Pursuant to Article 8 of the Decision No 78/TTg dated 28 february 1994 of the Prime Minister on the running of export and import activities in 1994.
- - Considering results achieved in the period of test implementation in Hanoi and Haiphong in respect of abolishing the granting of export license for each batch of goods.
- - The Interministry of Trade and General Department of Customs the following agreement and decide:
I. from 1, July, 1994, to implement in the whole country the abolishment of export license for each batch of goods, except the following cases :
- 1. The export of goods, items which are included in "the list of exports and imports according to directed plan", "the list of exports and imports according to the instructions given by specialized management bodies";
- 2. Goods for exchange, goods for re-export, goods which are temporarily imported for re-export, goods which are temporarily exported for re-export goods in transit, goods for the participation in fair and exhibition, products to be processed by subcontrac
ts goods produced by the enterprises which were established in accordance with the Law on foreign Investment in Vietnam;
- 3. The export of goods items which are included in "The list of goods prohibited from export and import, shall be in accordance with a particular regulation.
- 4. The export of goods items which included in "The list of exports managed by quota" shall be in accordance with the regulations of the official document No 4949/TM-XNK dated 3 June, 1993.
II. formalities and rules concerning the export of goods items which have no export license granted by the Export and Import License Department (under the Ministry of Trade) for each batch of goods shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations o
f the Circular No 96/TM-XNK dated 16 May, 1994 of the Ministry of Trade and the document No 390/TCHQ-GQ dated 28 April, 1994 of the General Department of Customs.
