NOTIFICATION ON ADDITIONAL RATE CONTRIBUTED TO THE PRICE STABILIZING FUND TOWARD SOME CATEGORIES Of IMPORTED FERTILIZER

Pursuant to the Decree No 01/CP dated 5 January, 1993 of the Government providing tasks, powers and organization of the Pricing Commission of the Government.
Pursuant to the Decision No 151/TTg dated 12 April, 1994 of the Prime Minister on the formation, use and management of the price stabilizing fund.
Pursuant to the Decision of the Prime Minister stated in the official document No 5516/KTTH dated 29 October, 1993 of the Office of the Government.
Based on the development of the prices of fertilizer prevailing recently in domestic and foreign markets.
Having consulted with the Ministry of finance.

The Head of Pricing Commission of the Government notifies:

1) To readjust additional rate for putting into price stabilizing fund toward some categories of imported fertilizer as follows:
- NPK : 2 Percent
- DAP : 2 Percent
2) Additional rate shall be in percent (%) over real imported price (CIf Price) taking into account freight and insurance and to domestic border gates.
3) Any Vietnamese economic organizations of all economic sectors which have already been permitted to trade in export and import of the above mentioned categories of fertilizer shall be liable to pay for and additional sum in accordance with this notifica tion and with regulations on the payment of import duty.
Any categories of fertilizer imported into export processing zones, investment into Vietnam, import for producing specimen for advertising or participating in exhibition fairs and goods under the form of aid shall be beyond additional sphere of this not ification.
4) This notification shall be of full force and applicable to the quantity of imported fertilizer which will arrive in any domestic border gates starting from 0 hour of 25 April, 1994.
