Organizational Structure for the Promotion of Reform

A. Overall planning, control, and assessment of this program is the responsibility of the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission (RDEC); promotion is the responsibility of the Central Personnel Administration, and publicity is the responsibility of the General Information Office.

B. The agencies in charge are responsible for performing detailed planning and follow-up assessment of this program's implementation tasks. When two or more agencies are in charge of a single implementation task, the agency with primary reporting status will be responsible for the overall planning and integration of that task.

C. Agencies at all levels under the Executive Yuan must organize "administrative reform implementation task forces" responsible for the planning, execution, follow-up, and assessment of all implementation tasks contained in this program; the head of the relevant units will serve as task force convener.
