[INTERNET 1996 WORLD EXPOSITION]

Places in the Real World

[Antique Postcard]

Places in the real world where people can come see the fair are what makes this a real world's fair. Marshall McLuhan had a saying: "the medium is the message." He was all too right; the Internet has long been an arcane world devoted to discussions of byte-swapping and other fetishes.

In the Internet 1996 World Exposition, we have another saying: "Finally, the medium isn't the message!" Register a place and use the fair as a way of showing people in your community what this technology is and how it might change our lives.
