With great interest and satisfaction I have learnt about the organization of the Internet 1996 World Exposition, the first global fair of its kind in the sphere of information and telecommunication. I am confident that the Internet 1996 World Exposition will be one of the global events in our World.

By the efforts of some enthusiasts, the Internet network has entered the life of our young state which declared its independence four years ago.

It is very important for us to join the international information infrastructure. It is in this context that I see the global Internet network as a powerful instrument of support of wide democratic transformations in politics, economy, education and science implemented in our country.

I hope that representatives of Kyrghyzstan will take part in the Internet 1996 World Exposition.
