Internet Railroad is a consortium of telecommunications corporations that are contributing bandwidth to help build a public, global infrastructure for the Internet.

Seoul - Tokyo Korea Telecom and KDD 2 Mbps

Taipei - Tokyo DGT Taiwan and KDD 2 Mbps link (agreement)
