: Tohoku Electric Power and Mitsubishi Group Decide to Exhibit
: Tohoku Electric Power (based in Sendai City, Mr. Toshiaki Yajima, President) and Mitsubishi Group announced their decision to exhibit individual pavilions on June 28 and July 4, respectively. With their announcement, a total of 5 companies have now announced plans to display individual pavilions.
: Tohoku Electric Power cited their wish to contribute to the region as part of their decision. This is the first company, based in the Tohoku region, to participate in the Global Visions Expo '97 under the individual pavilion category. Mr. Naoyoshi Hori, president of the Tohoku branch of Mitsubishi, visited Governor Shiro Asano, chairman of the Global Visions '97 Executive Committee, at the prefectural office to announce the company's decision. Three additional companies are expected to display individual pavilions.
