National Athletic Meeting, but is also an expression of the pledge for global peace. Also,
just as flowers blossom, the beating of the dove's wings symbolizes the activities directed
at the coming 21st century.

Further, active athletes will bear the capital "H" of Hiroshima on their chest, which is
