Hiroshima Prefectural Museum

The only prefecturally supported museum in western Japan the Hiroshima Prefectural Museum takes pride in its size. The facility is scheduled to open in 1996.
Located in the center of the city, it blends harmoniously with the neighboring famous scenic spot of the Shukkei-en Park. Beside plenty of capacious exhibition space, the museum is also furnished with a 200 inch high vision display. The population expects it to become an art and cultural base.
