FUNCTIONS OF HICARE (1) EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Trainees' Countries of Origin / Destinations of Hiroshima Medical Delegations
The largest function of HICARE is personnel exchange. Since its establishment, 380
overseas doctors and other specialists have been invited, and 37 medical-related
personnel have been sent overseas. This is to help to transfer technologies in medical
care for the radiation-exposed.
