Establishment of an environment using the multimedia network, in which advertisements produced in any media for multiple clients is centralized and viewed at any time, serving as an aid to business of advertising agencies and their clients.
- Constructs a database of those advertisements (TV commercials as well as radio, newspaper, magazine, and other ads) with high image quality which are difficult for advertising agencies or their clients to stock and related information, enabling them to be distributed from the center on demand.
