• Electronic municipal office: Provides interactive resident window, automatic certificate issuance, and interactive publicity/consulting services using the network.
• Future nature observation museum: Provides nature video information and lectures using the information over a distance.
• Remote medicine: Provides a medical aid to remote diagnosis by high-speed transmission of high-definition medical image information between remote places.
• Electronic culture facilities: Collects video information from virtual culture facilities or existing curious ones into VOD server to provide it interactively through the network.
