Confirmation of the workability of the remote personal computer education system using the multimedia network.

• Interconnects the personal computer classes in Tokyo and Osaka using the multimedia network to provide interactive lectures by lecturers in Tokyo, both simultaneously in Tokyo and Osaka and separately. This system displays the questioning trainee's PC screen on the lecturer's PC screen, allowing the lecturer to operate the PC on the trainee side for instruction over a distance.
• Uses a VOD system to provide education-on-demand service by which employees can perform self-learning of subjects selected by themselves at any time.
