Examination of possibility of remote communication education using a high-speed line

• Establishes a virtual college on the optical fiber network system and allows students in the specialized school participating in the experiment to take required classes arbitrarily.
• Sets up the contents of classes with audio (music and sound), video, and text data by optical fiber communication, and provides education based on bidirectional communication between the lecturer and participants as required.
• Constructs the remote collaborative learning system for the specialized school participating in the experiment to perform practical collaboration of multimedia titles.
