The Howdy Home Telephone SXII was released as the successor to the Howdy Home Telephone SX. Up to six units could share one line. The telephone set was improved with the body design in a rounded form and with a larger, clear display. The cordless types were divided into the light-weight, compact pocket type and the automatic answering type. When called from an extension, this model allowed the user to answer the call with touching the handset (hands-free answering). Optional units includes a camera door phone and a monitor TV containing advanced devices. Even the monitor type of telephone set could use the camera door phone.
