The NTTFAX-20R was released as the first facsimile machine that enabled transmission and reception in both black and red colors. While conventional facsimile machines supported only black, this model supports red as well as black, capable of highlighting important parts in red and returning received information after adding corrections. In addition, the NTTFAX-20R was cost-effective because of its reasonable price while providing a variety of convenient features such as voice response, password communication, remote start, and select functions.
