NTT's Dial Q[2] program service has provided programming divided into three categories, each with its own range of program numbers and offering a different type of content. As of March 1, 1994 the system allows users to subscribe according to the desired type of programming. The service is changed to an "on-request bases" that will only provide programming with adult content, for example, when it has been previously authorized. This new system is available only to subscribers to digital switchboards. | ||
