Have you ever seen static statues move? I have seen Buddhist statues change their expressions, move their toes and try to fly away. Of course these experiences are illusions, but I believe it will be so fun if they really move. That is why I am trying to move the huge Gigaku-masks in my original performance, "Shin-Gigaku". It is so difficult to reproduce 14 types of masks that I have made many mistakes. Anyway, I promise Shin-Gigaku will be premiered in 2000. Don't miss it!!
