AND WHO IS AT THE FCC AND IT ENCOMPASSES STAFF FROM ACROSS MANY OF THE DIFFERENT BUREAUS, THE FCC HAS A HOLE HOST OF BUREAUS RESPONDING TO DIFFERENT COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY AREAS. THE ACCESS BOARD HAS TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACCESS ADVISORY COMMITTEE THAT IS HELPING THEM WITH THAT WORK AND FOR A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THEM ALREADY. BOTH CAN BE CONTACTED VIA THE WEB. THE STRENGTHS THAT WERE IDENTIFIED, IT WAS FELT THAT THIS PARTICULAR MODEL WAS EX-{LEMENTS} FOR BRINGING DIFFERENT PARTIES TOGETHER AND EXPERTS TOGETHER TO DEVELOP A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF PARTICULAR ISSUE THAT WAS IN DISPUTE. THOSE ARE VERY LARGE NUMBERS AND SOME OF 0 THOSE NUMBERS THE BIGGEST NUMBERS YOU SEE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT NORMALLY CONSIDERED TO HAVE A DISABILITY BUT, WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO BENEFIT FROM. ADD THOSE NUMBER TOGETHER, ELIMINATE THE OVERLAP, AND YOU END UP WITH A VERY LARGE PERCENTAGE OF THE POPULATIONS OF THOSE COUNTRYS. SO THE IMPLICATIONS GO BEYOND JUST THE WELL, HAS SMALL FEW PERCENTAGES. THE THINGS WE ALSO FOUND WITH ONE, WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DESIGN ALL THINGS TO BE ACCESSIBLE BY ALL PEOPLE.
