TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER CENTRE
(C.T.T.M.)
The Technology Transfer Centre was created upon the initiative of the
local councils, industry and the university. Its objective is to meet the
economic and industrial requirements in matters concerning research, development
and creation of new products. In direct collaboration with university researchers,
it carries out measurement studies for companies, using scientific equipment
of the highest standard in Europe.
3 COMPETENCE POLES
ACOUSTICS
Studies and measurement of noise problems in transport, construction
and industry.
Test chambers of the highest standard: a 1,000 m3 semi-anechoic
hall, a 340 m3 reverberating hall and a diagonal hall unique
in France.
MATERIALS AND POLYMERS
(Institute of Applied Research on Polymers - IRAP)
Applied research under contract: surfaces, polymers, elastomers, adhesion
...
Design of new materials, analysis, expertise.
PRODUCTION
Computer-assisted rapid modelling and prototyping. One of the leading
centres in France at the service of parts and tool designers.
