I apologize for the problems caused by these users. We do have policies and rules on the use of e-mail and the internet and these users will be counselled. Can you give me more detail on the problems this has caused your organization? I would appreciate the information. Mail bombs, no matter how well intentioned, are wrong. Please work with your users to teach them basic manners and basic common sense. I'm especially disappointed in Harris.Com. Two of your users are in our top 20 list of people who think that because the lights go out it is time to go looting. We're a small non-profit and your actions have hurt us ... we expected more of a respectable corporation such as yours. Carl Malamud Internet Multicasting Service
