the root filesystem filled up because of old dbm tmp files used by the new mirroring software. they were dumping to /var/tmp, which live under / on japan.park.org. i've removed the files and changed all of the park servers to use the web tree for dumping these files so that we don't kill the server during mirroring runs.
haven't found out yet why the dbm files were not removed properly, although it looks like the mirror attempts were all aborting for some reason.
japan.park.org doesn't have an http currently running, but the http port is wedged so that i cannot restart it. i will attempt to reboot the server remotely as it looks like shinoda-san is off-line at the moment.
