I've begun doing the pushes into Seoul and Japan of our data. I'm trying to do Australia but the connectivity is so bad we keep dropping. London gets the initial push on Monday.

YOU MAY NOT OPEN FOR SERVICE UNTIL BOTH YOU AND US ARE BOTH SATISFIED THE CONFIGURATION IS CORRECT.

Pardon the shouting, but this is very important. You cannot go into operation until we have all verified that this is working properly. We don't want users coming into a system when there are still major bugs (as opposed to the million minor ones we will find).

If you do start up before being authorized, we will pull you from the DNS. Again, pardon the strength of this note, but I want to make sure that a committee doesn't come to you and insist on starting operation before the fair administration has certified your server as an operational central park server.

Regards,

Carl
