I'm awfully sorry to take so long to get back to you. 
I've revised our web these few days, and made the mirror site in the USA.

Dr.Nagasaka and I are thinking to make the remote medical consultation
systems to the NETIZENS and the remote medical communication systems among
medical practioners  for the global village thru the INTERNET EXPO'96.

By the way, I'm the co-ordinater of the Tama Internet Social Spread Workin
Group(TAMA-SOC) of the TAMA INTERNET(mutual aid system, not commercial)
starts on Jan. 1st ,1996.  TAMA-SOC is going to launch the 100-villages
project on earth, and to communicate with many comunities all over the
world, is it possible for this project to attend this Expo?

Attendants should think how to contribute for THE INTERNET EXPO'96,
not think how THE INTERNET EXPO'96  will do for attendants.
