The Hitlist is one of the largest and most comprehensive sites dealing
with urban young adults; who have their own unique music (R&B, Hip-hop,
 Reggae,Jazz, etc.) and culture.  Since African-americans are greatly
underrepresented on the net, we would like to act as an onramp for 
blacks in the diaspora to get on to the information superhighway and act
as a stop for other cultures to experience and learn about the splender
of urban entertainment.
