You say: "This will be the first World's Fair that will allow anybody to participate ...."
But the "How You Can Open an Pavilion" contains some nice words about the goal of the pavilions -- but does NOT say a word on the subject: How You Can Open a Pavilion.
If somebody builds a www home page -- how does that page become a part of the Internet Expo? Please explain that somewhere!
